     Friend, what is the best diet for your hormones you ask? 
     
    I take a bite of my delicious burger & respond, “there isn’t one”.

    Carnivore, paleo, keto, plant-based, I will never ever tell my clients that there is ONE diet to rule them all. 

    And to be honest - I’m completely sick of hearing it from others.
     
    💔 It took me 15 years to heal my relationship with food & disordered eating. 
     
    💔 It took me 15 years to stop listening to “experts” tell me the X diet is going to “fix my leaky gut, hypothyroidism, chronic fatigue, heavy periods, acne” or make me “lose weight fast”…

    As 2024 approaches, before starting some new diet, or setting unrealistic goals for yourself like..
