    hey ,

5 years ago I would have told you to quit alcohol🍹, sugar, gluten, dairy🥛, coffee ☕️, grains, to run for the hills & never look back.

I didn’t eat these things & I felt amazing. I was supporting hundreds of women 👯‍♀️ eliminate these things and THEY felt amazing 🌈 ..

So, what was the main PROBLEM here? 🤔

💥 It was NOT sustainable or enjoyable for most people.

After supporting 1,000s of women transform their cycle I now know that sustainability & enjoyment are the TWO most important factors to ensure results.

[I share this approach to hormonal balance in my free masterclass here 👉

So, when it comes to "cutting out foods", here’s two things to consider 🔍

    1. There are cases where it is absolutely necessary to eliminate certain foods & drinks long term due to intolerances, celiac disease, inflammation, certain conditions like endometriosis, etc.

👋 For example, I’m personally celiac, so I do not eat gluten.

🚨 If you know you are intolerant to a certain food and you still eat that said food this is a recipe for period problems galore.

    2. There are cases when you are struggling with hormonal imbalance (think: missing, irregular periods, PMS, fatigue, pain, heavy bleeding, etc) where for the short term removing certain foods is going to be beneficial in helping the body to regain balance as you build strong hormonal foundations again.

For example, alcohol, processed foods, sugar & caffeine.

✅  But once your health is back on track your hormones don’t need you to be “perfect”.

💥 They just need you to be consistent!

90% of the time I'm nourishing my body with nutrient dense whole-foods & a supportive lifestyle, but I also drink alcohol on occasion, enjoy chocolate most days, coffee sometimes, I eat out & don’t hold stress around food anymore 😊

🍴 Eating for balanced hormones CAN mean FREEDOM & joy, instead of stress & restriction.

👉🏻 But you NEED a clear strategy ✅ to set yourself up for success!

Cause remember - healing your cycle isn't just about "what you eat" or "don't eat" .

👉 You also need to consider hormone wreckers like:

    • Environmental toxins
    • Stress
    • Lack of sleep
    • Nutrient deficiency

If you want to discover a more enjoyable & sustainable path to healing come and join me in my FREE masterclass.

💥 I’m giving you my 4-step method to healing your cycle without restriction or extremes.

    👀  It's great weekend watching..

    xx Nikki
