All of our products come with a reheating guide, and there are plenty of options: oven, microwave, or water bath. Simply follow the instructions based on what you have on hand and how quickly you need to get food on the table.

Try the water immersion method! Your product comes fully cooked, but reheating it using this same water bath method gives you really precise results. Sous vide is French for "under vacuum" and involves placing food in a vacuum-sealed pouch and cooking it in a water bath at precise temperatures. 

Water immersion locks in moisture, flavor, and nutrients and guarantees an even cook through the entire dish every single time. When you reheat your sous vide meal at home using water immersion, you're simply bringing the food back to its ideal temperature.
