    New Sky I.P.A Vol.1

    Double California

    First up is a fresh take on the West Coast DIPA, 'Double California'. It's big and bold whilst retaining balance and supreme drinkability.

    How does it taste?

    A citrus-heavy aroma, with chinotto and candied orange notes, opens up to an off-dry palate of tangerine and pineapple juice.

    The finish is classic west coast with grapefruit pith and a well-integrated residual heat making way for a long bitter finish.

    "We give a nod to the classics with the use of some old-school bittering hops. Still, the use of new world varieties in the dry hop - Cashmere, El Dorado and Azacca - gives this ale a big blast of fresh, tropical juiciness over it's traditional backbone."
