Our business has been built on a real passion for craft beer and hospitality, with an organic growth strategy that has seen us grow at a stable and steady rate for the past 17 years. 

So now we want to extend the invitation for you to join us as owners of this incredible company. We have big plans for the business. These include increasing our production capacity to keep up with growing demand, opening a new Taphouse in Melbourne to bring great beer to more people, and reducing our environmental footprint so that everyone can feel even better when sipping on one of our brews.

Our growth strategy will be key to our long-term success and relevance in the craft beer landscape. We need to raise a significant amount of capital to make all of this possible. When we thought about how we’d do this, we knew that we wanted the process to exemplify our values. We wanted the brand to remain proudly independent from the big corporates. We wanted the ownership to reflect the diversity of our loyal fans and supporters. We wanted our co-owners to be as passionate about the beer we make, AND the way we make it, as us.
