Mayday Hills is our barrel and farmhouse beer project. This complex ale was Foeder-aged on a melange of freshly-picked Loch Ness, Bramble and Waldo berries from High Grove Orchards in Stanley, VIC. The result is a vibrant burgundy coloured sour ale with tart berry flavour and soft tannins.
