Good Morning, It is time to ask the very simple yet important question, |
|
You see, I often feel we become so preoccupied with worrying about our little humans, that we neglect to worry about ourselves. It isn’t until someone asks the question that we sometimes reflect and realise - are we really okay? |
|
| Motherhood is not easy; It's tiring, frustrating, messy, lonely, tears, tantrums, long days, and even longer nights. While I wouldn't change it for the world, I am also very aware of the toll it can have on your mental health.
As sleep consultants, we see it all too often. The beginning of the overwhelm and if you don’t do something, it can quickly take over. |

Let's all be a little bit kinder today. Check in with one another, start the conversation, stay in the awkwardness, encourage action, and be part of the change. |
