    Athlete Spotlight

    This week our featured athlete is K.P Cruz.

    K.P is all about bodyweight, power, and movement.

    And it’s very obvious if you go through his Instagram feed that he embodies that lifestyle.

    K.P. has clearly mastered how his body can move, and some of the stuff he posts is amazing.

    Exercise Spotlight

    In this week’s exercise highlight K.P is performing handstand pushups using parallettes.

    Even the regressed version of this movement is tough when you’re starting out.

    So the fact K.P. keeps his body perfectly still while performing these on parallettes is insane.

    This will give your shoulders and core a serious workout.

    But if you are going to try them… baby steps.

    Use a wall to practice against.
