    This process — answering questions about policies and procedures that in turn drive improvement and impact — gives companies an idea of where they stand and where they can get better. It also connects them with the B Corp community, where they can find collaborators, inspiration, and lessons for shaping a more inclusive and regenerative economy.

    Screening Supply Chains for Positive Impact

    By encouraging or requiring their suppliers to factor environmental and social benefits into their business decisions and practices, B Corps amplify their values and build the B Economy. Through supplier screenings, B Corps are strengthening the stakeholder capitalism model and raising the bar for all companies to do business better.
     

    Bridging the Procurement Gap

    How can companies address and improve sustainability issues in their supply chains? In this article from the Network for Business Sustainability, researcher Veronica H. Villena says procurement is a key but often overlooked component — and suggests ways that companies can take a new and better approach.
