    A new take on the V&A archives
    People Tree is thrilled to announce the latest V&A collaboration, taking inspiration from the museum’s archives to create beautiful standout pieces this season. Ornate patterns reimagined in contemporary colour palettes have been thoughtfully printed onto sustainable fabrics and then crafted into classic People Tree styles.

    V&A Celandine TENCEL™ Lyocell Tiered Midi Dress with Gathered Puff Sleeve
    Based on a pretty wallpaper from 1896 by John Henry Dearle, this pattern is reminiscent of many of Morris & Co.’s early designs with its simple meadow flowers and structure of climbing foliage. Earthy tones and a hint of 1970s nostalgia makes Celandine perfect to combine with neutrals.
    V&A Celandine TENCEL™ Lyocell Tiered Maxi Skirt with Frill
    TENCEL™ has a soft, smooth finish, drapes beautifully and absorbs moisture. Tencel™ Lyocell is produced by the Lenzing Group, an environmentally responsible company who ensure the fabric is biodegradable. The Lenzing Group strives to source wood from suppliers participating in credible forest certification programs.
