Jersey is the perfect option for a summer holiday, with the clocks going forward at the end of the month, the evenings will start to lighten and we cant wait to get out an explore.

 Once you are here you will find that the water's edge is never more than 10 minutes away, for a traditional "Seaside Day Out" head to the golden sands of St. Brelades Bay. Here you can find sun loungers, deckchairs, windbreaks and more to hire along with the convenience store selling that all important bucket and spade!  If you want to step away from the crowds, find hidden caves and coves head to Plémont Bay in the north of the island

If the feeling of sand between your toes is not quite for your liking, there are plenty of other attractions to keep you busy. Animal lovers should head to the world famous Jersey Zoo, thrill seekers should look at booking a RIB trip and discover the island from the sea. History buffs can explore the German Underground Hospital of one of the fantastic Jersey Heritage Sites which include probably the most photographed place in the east of the island - Mont Orgueil Castle.

 After a day exploring its time to sit back, relax, send a quick postcard back home and then  and then decide what to do the following day....
