There are many different varieties of bruschetta, but as we are massive cheese lovers, we opted for melted camembert cheese, with beautiful tomatoes seasoned to perfection. And as it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and less than 10 minutes to cook, there is no excuse not to give this recipe a go. 

A family favourite - the humble jacket potato, as easy as it is delicious! They also really couldn't be easier! We've topped ours with Coronation chicken to fit the theme, however, you can use whatever you fancy. Even if it's just butter! Simply wrap them in foil and leave them to cook in the ashes.
