Question: Why do people schedule virtual appointments? Answer: To start their projects safely at home or follow-up for past visits.

Question: How do you get started on the first virtual appointment? Answer: We make it easy. After scheduling, we follow up with the customer to learn more about their goals.

Question: What should customers expect from a virtual appointment? Answer: I'll run through a checklist with them to determine what their project is. It's helpful to virtually walk through their space.

Question: Do you schedule more virtual appointments after the first one, or do they lead to a store visit? Answer: About half are virtual and the other half in-store.

Question: What's the biggest limitation and how do you overcome it? Answer: Visualizing placement of new furniture is a common issue for customers. Also, since colors on creens aren't always consistent, we opt for sending fabric swatches they can conveniently see at home.
