    Bonavista is a collaboration between our designers and engineers in Haleyville, Alabama.
    In order to follow the designer's exact specifications, a custom jig was made to hold the furniture and tools in place.
    Each piece starts with commercial grade aluminum that's made in Alabama.
    Once the aluminum is cut, all the joints are welded entirely by hand.
    To create an ultra smooth surface, the joints are sandded down.
    Each piece then goes through a 4-stage bath to remove impurities for a flawless finish.
    After drying in an oven, one of 5 powder coated finishes is applied.
    The pieces are baked again in an oven to create a durable weather tough coating.
    Finally, soft weather resistant fabrics for cushions are tailored in North Carolina.
