The 2023 Semi-Annual Sale Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid online at www.agjeans.com and in retail stores, subject to store hours, from 12/07/2023 12:00 am – 12/25/2023 11:59 pm PST (the "Sale Period"). This Promotion is valid online for shipments delivered within the United States of America (50 States and the District of Columbia) and in AG Adriano Goldschmied retail stores (excluding AG Adriano Goldschmied outlet stores). Void where prohibited by law. During the Promotion, Customers may receive the following discounts (“Discount”): - Sale Period: 30% Off Select Styles (certain exclusions apply) - see below. The Discount will apply only to select styles in stock during the Sale Period at participating stores. The online store will indicate Promotion style inclusions in the product’s written description. In retail stores, any exclusions will be identified by store signage or by a store associate. The Promotion excludes Holiday ’23 Collection, Cashmere Collection, Core bottom styles, and products marked "Final Sale". Online, the Discount for qualifying items will be taken automatically during check-out, and in stores, the Discount for qualifying items will be taken at the cash register. Discount is not valid on gift certificates and will only apply to merchandise retail price(s) before taxes and any applicable shipping charges. The Discount may not be combined with any other offer, discounts, or promotions during the Sale Period. No price adjustments on previous purchases; no rainchecks. The Promotion, the Discount, and discounted items are subject to change or subject to be cancelled with or without notice at any time during the Sale Period.
