Sexual shame is a big problem in society. We all grew up hearing contradictory messages about sex. It’s terrible, it lowers your self-worth, but also you need to be amazing in bed. It’s a confusing place!
This has created a sex-negative culture that has trained us to be judgemental and self-critical of our own bodies – how we look and how we function. This can affect us mentally, physically, and can even lead to sexual dysfunction.
