In our last email before the Christmas Holidays, we wanted to take a moment to thank you all so much for reading and responding to our weekly emails, for humouring us and understanding that we cannot be in control of everything right now.  

 

We are truly blessed and firmly believe we have the best community.

 

As customers you have been incredibly supportive and shown a level of understanding and compassion about the range issues we have faced as a small company over the last two years. 

 

The pandemic has thrown so much at us all.

 

On a personal level, it’s safe to say we have all experienced loss, frustration, sadness and sometimes loneliness. Working from home is not always easy and there are many distractions.   The dogs barking at the postman as you are in the middle of a telephone conversation is common-place and can completely knock you off your train of thought.  But, ladies, you take it all in your stride and giggle along with the new norm.  So thankfully there is humour too.

 

Our small, but friendly business, has faced a barrage of problems this year.  We were joyous at the beginning of the season when our first stock delivery arrived from production early.  But then equally devastated when our last three shipments arrived two months late.  Shipping has been a nightmare this season, lack of staff, drivers, and poor weather have played havoc with our normal processes. 

 

But as customers, you have shined, and patiently waited for your new wide calf boots to arrive.  Then sent us messages thanking us!

 

We have been privileged to have got to know so many of you and love our little conversations about boot buying, calf sizes and which boots to wear when.  We would like to see more of you join our community on Instagram and Facebook and get to know you better in the coming year.

 

Not just so we look good, but more importantly so we get to know what you really want. What colours, textures, heel heights, styles. etc. The more we engage, the better we understand what you need and want from a wide calf boot.  So please check our socials out.
