We had a busy day over at our Head Office in The Netherlands.  Carl, our CEO, and the team worked hard all week to set the warehouse up for a socially distanced Open Day. 

 

Our collection of wide calf boots is well known and loved in Europe and our customers travel quite a distance to come to see the collection and take a sneak peek at what we have planned for the coming season.

 

This year more care had to be taken to hold the open day. A staggered entry and checking vaccination records was a legal requirement, nonetheless, the warehouse was full of laughter, excitement and happy women.

 

For us as a team, we get so much joy from seeing our customers reactions and at points there was not a dry eye in the building!

Our customers come in all shapes and sizes.  We had ladies that stood taller than Carl’s 185cm, some arrived in track pants straight from the gym looking for a boot to fit their athletic calves while others came to find something to work for their swollen legs as they suffered from water retention and or lymphedemia. Others were simply looking for something a little larger than the knee-high boots available in the Mall.

 

Practically everyone went home with one or more pairs of our wide calf boots and a chocolate letter which is a customary gift from Sint Claus time of year in The Netherlands.

 

We understand our new Head Office is a long way for you to come to visit and take a look at the collection, but we hope one day to be able to run a similar event from our New York warehouse.

 

However, as it’s Black Friday we wanted to do something special for our customers in the US. So, for this weekend only we are offering you a 20% discount off the entire collection.

FedEx is still warning of shipping delays, caused by the Pandemic, so our advice is get your order in early.

Please don’t forget we have brought our Christmas delivery deadline forward to the 10^th of December.  We want our shipping partner to have the best opportunity to get your wide calf boots to you in good time so you can wear them over The Holidays

All of our boots are crafted in beautifully smooth Italian leather our collection, has been designed for the curviest of calves and are available in a calf width up to 23 ¾in - 60cm.  Cut to follow our principals on comfort and fit, each design is graded and has generous ankles, high insteps, wide foot beds and removable insoles.

 

Our collection is designed for you, to be versatile and are finished with care by artisan craftsman.
