Meet Nina, our Customer Service Manager.  Many of you will have had some contact with Nina, she has worked with the team for over 10 years.  Nina is often the first person you speak to when contacting WideWidths.com. 

Nina’s has 17” calve, and until she came across our brand, she had never worn a pair of knee-high boots in her life.  In fact, shopping for any type of footwear was an experience she would choose to forget.

We packaged up a selection of our most popular styles in her size, an 8/8.5 Extra Wide Calf, and shipped them to her home so she could write an honest, and what we hope, will be an informative review of each style.

The aim is to give you an inside scoop on the way each boot fits.  How best to try them on, do they go on easily, are they comfortable, how do they wear. What’s the colour like and how you might style them.

Now, so far all we know is Nina has tried each of the 14 styles on and they all fit, what we don’t know is how well. 

We might not like all of the reviews she writes, but she has promised objectivity.  There will be a review each week and it will be published on our social pages - Instagram @widewidths and Facebook @widewidthboots. 

We want to give you the best shopping experience we can, we are upgrading the website to make it more user friendly and we want to be transparent as we possibly can be. We know that we are all different shapes and sizes, and while one boot may work for one it may not work for another, which is why we have asked Nina to test drive the boots for you.  One on of the things Nina does well is help customers find their perfect boot.

All of our boots are crafted in beautifully smooth Italian leather our collection, has been designed for the curviest of calves and are available in a calf width up to 23 ¾in - 60cm.  Cut to follow our principals on comfort and fit, each design is graded and has generous ankles, high insteps, wide foot beds and removable insoles.
