"You can't get strong with bands"

    Hey BandFam

There seems to be a little myth that gets spouted every once in a while.

The myth that you can’t possibly get strong or build muscle with resistance bands.

If that were true, could someone then explain how people are getting jacked through calisthenics?

    It makes no sense.

So what happens then we introduce resistance bands that can then help you to regress exercises so you can do them properly…

Or use bands to make the exercises so much harder?

You only need to look at the athletes we post about in our weekly newsletter to see the results you can get from using bands.

And you can do the same.

    Don’t listen to the noise.
