    Hi, ,

Danielle and I would like to invite you to our first-ever live event!

We’ll be going live this Thursday, June 30th at 11 am PST, to talk about all things menopause. And of course, we’re going to have some unbelievable product discounts, too.

We have so much to say, but we want to answer your questions, too, so we will be taking your questions during the event, and I cannot wait to get to actually talk to you! Live! I am super nervous, but also super excited, and I hope you will join us.

If you’ve always wanted to ask us something, please get on and ask away! We’re going to try to take as many questions as we can. And if we don’t know the answer, or we can’t answer all of the questions we get, look for my follow-up reply in this email. If it goes well (and I really hope it does!), we will be doing this on the regular.

Signing up is easy – takes just a minute – and will allow us to send you reminders before the event starts. We don’t want you to miss it!

Look for a sign-up email in your inbox!

Can’t wait to see you there!

    - Vanessa

I had a period after hitting menopause – what does that mean?

Can you get a period after not having one for 12 months? Yes, you can! Find out why, and what it means, in this week's read.

Phytoestrogens to help with peri/menopause symptoms

Phytoestrogens are chemical compounds found in plants that have a similar effect on your body as the estrogen you make does! Their similarity to estrogen can help with peri/menopause symptoms by mimicking estrogen in the body. For example, a study conducted in 2014 found that phytoestrogens helped to reduce hot flashes. If you eat fruits, vegetables, or legumes, then you are consuming phytoestrogens already. Foods that contain high levels of phytoestrogens include broccoli, carrots, beans, peas, peanuts, oranges, tofu, tempeh, and miso. We also use Chaste Tree Berry and Dong Quai, which are phytoestrogens, in our MenoFit supplement. To get the most support during peri/menopause, try a combination of MenoFit and eating a variety of plant-based foods in your diet. As always, remember to talk to your doctor before starting any new diet or supplement.
