December Theme: Vintage Records

This month brings us to the past with our theme of Vintage Records. Enjoy the nostalgia of kicking back with yarn in hand and listening to your favorite songs as the record spins round and round. Your needles and hooks will keep time with the tunes as you create your latest project. The pastel hues call to mind old record labels and are sure to sprinkle your stitches with the tunes from the past.

Let’s now meet this month’s yarns and colorways:

KnitCrate Knit & Crochet Club

You’re sure to love the sound of this month’s featured membership yarn, Audine Wools Harmony! Perfect for the shorter and colder days, cozy up with this mix of 41% wool, 26% Alpaca, 23% Tencel, and 10% Baby Camel. It’s just as soft and smooth as it sounds. Each skein packs 150 yards (137 m)/100g of worsted weight yarn, and your membership crate will include two matching skeins of one of these colorways.

From Left to Right:

Jazz (Energize Me): The natural tan hues of Jazz call to mind the soothing sound of saxophone drifting through the air. Enjoy ambient jazz music in the background as you stitch your way to serenity with this golden yellow.

Knit Pattern

The Cedar Drift Scarf by Sweet Pea and Sparrow is a cozy and classic piece that will keep you warm all winter long. Sock Knit & Crochet Club

This month we have a real treat for your feet with Knitologie Tweedy Sock, a mix of 80% Superwash Merino, 10% Donegal Neps, and 10% Nylon that is sure to keep your toes nice and cozy. Each skein of fingering-weight yarn includes 400 yards (365 m)/100g to grace your latest project, and you will receive one skein in your Sock Crate in the colorway of your choice.
