    Ingredients

    1 Pod Mocha coffee K-Cup® pod. 
    ¾ cup Half-and-Half or dairy alternative
    ½ cup Heavy cream
    2 drops Red food coloring
    Sweetener to taste (optional)

    Chocolate curls and pink sparkling sugar, for garnish

    Preparation

    1. Fill the frother with milk up to the max line and select setting 2.
    2. Brew a coffee pod on the single shot setting.
    3.Stir in desired amount of sweetener.
    4. Pour desired amount of frothed milk into the coffee, reserving a little froth to spoon over the top.

    5.
    Clean the frother, fill with heavy cream up to the min line, then add the red food coloring. Select the ❅ setting. Pour the cold foam over the latte.

    6.
    Garnish with chocolate curls and pink sparkling sugar.
