Where it all began...

The Growing Kind Nature Play Prompts were my very first creation and sort of an accident. After going through some dark times I was prescribed nature therapy from a psychologist. I had a 1.5 year old and needed some activity ideas to do with her to keep her entertained whilst outside. I wrote all of my ideas down on flash cards so that I could easily select one each morning to complete. By having everything written down and ready to go, it took some of the overwhelm away from my mornings. My daughter loved it, I loved it and felt the immense benefits. I shared my idea with a friend, she asked for a copy. Then I had this crazy idea ‘why don't I share them with the world?’
