Our team of 1 making the jewellery has grown to over 10 with our amazing beading team mostly coming from Eritrea as refugee women.

We look at Francesca as a place of opportunity for everyone. Not just for us to build a brand, but for our team to build epic career paths & life goals for themselves. 

Some of our team have been with Francesca for almost 9 years and, in this time they’ve managed to achieve incredible career progressions that we are so proud of.
