If you have purchased a PRE-ORDER Panbio Rapid Antigen Test kit, we at FeverMates would like to first thank you for your patience during the last few weeks. As you know, global demand has greatly impacted delivery of supplies resulting in a longer than average fulfilment time.
We have been receiving Panbio stock as supply starts to catch up with demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to work through orders and ship according to priority in the PRE-ORDER queue.
The other good news is that FeverMates is now an approved supplier of ARTG (TGA) listed Roche Diagnostics and have secured stock of ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS SARS-COV-2 COVID RAPID ANTIGEN TEST (RAT) KIT

If you have ordered Panbio kits but would like to receive immediate dispatch, we are providing an option to switch to the ROCHE 5/PK. To swap, simply respond to this email with YES PANBIO SWAP - [Order Number]. This is a direct swap for a 5/PK without the need to cover the retail price difference.
Offer only applies to existing Panbio ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS that remain unshipped.
Existing 4/PK Panbio orders will receive a Roche 5/PK. Other Panbio pack configurations will receive like for like. For example, one 10/PK Panbio order will receive two 5/PK Roche, while a 20/PK will receive four 5/PK Roche. Panbio will ship in place if these are available at time of shipping.
