His focus in his art is to reflect the beauty behind people, nature, and wildlife with his distinct use of vibrant colors. He works to tell the stories of contemporary Africa.

What sets Debas and his unmistakable artwork apart is that though he typically paints, digitally, he uses traditional techniques. Debas holds a Higher National Diploma in Art and Industrial Designs from the Lagos State Polytechnic, where he graduated as Student of the Year in 2019.

He currently works as a curator at the De.BigStories Art Studios and coordinates workshops and tutorials for the underprivileged.
