Meet the HQ team: Marketing ✨

You already know our stylists and now it's time to meet us (the behind-the-scenes team). This week it's Beca and Mark who head up marketing.

Let's get to know these couple of Celts (Welsh & Irish) a little better with a quick Q&A:

Minus your phone, what are 2 things you always have on you?

Beca: "Water & my Glossier concealer"

Mark: "Hairbrush & gum"

Fave recent TV series? 

Beca: "Succession - It's incredible plus I can't help but have a soft spot for cousin Greg 😍"

Mark: "Bridgerton- love a period drama with a twist, and Anthony is fit!"

Best place you've ever visited? 

Beca: I can't possibly choose one place, so I'll say Central America as an area, the culture, wildlife, scenery, beaches & food, you just can't beat it! 

Mark: "It has to be India for me. every place I went there was so vibrant and distinct from the last, And the food is unmatched-top tier!"

Your go-to treatment?

Beca: "Makeup, I no longer have to faff around trying to get even out eyeliner flicks 😅"

Mark: "Balayage, so I can pretend these sunkissed locks are real"

And finally, the all-important question...Kanye or Pete?

Beca: "Pete, mostly for the jokes"

Mark: "Kanye, such the drama queen and I'm here for it"

Stylist spotlight

Congrats Niki on being our Pro of the Week! Niki has been a wonderful pro at blow LTD for over 3 years, she is extremely dedicated to her art and continues to impress our customers with her amazing hair + makeup abilities. If you've got a glam occasion coming up we can't recommend Niki enough✨ 

Other things we're loving this week ☀️

We like to be the optimistic type so with the hope that the sunny weather is here to stay we thought we would share our favourite London rooftops:

Franks Cafe or Forza Wine

Both based on Peckham's Rye Lane, they are well worth a trip south of the river. Hands down London's best drinks with a view, opt for a chilled hipster vibe at Franks Cafe Rooftop or head to Forza to sip on great wine & eat tasty Italian small plates.

Jurema at The Mandrake

If you're looking for a little botanical retreat in the middle of the city madness then you must visit. The open-air bar serves up delicious cocktails and Mexican dishes, pair that with the surroundings of a hanging garden and hot weather and you could quite easily be in the tropics!

Roof East

Want more than just a drink? Look no further than this huge vibrant rooftop which is full of activities from minigolf to outside movie screenings. There are also a number of bars and street food vendors so you really can spend a full summer's afternoon here.
