As an organization that employs many people who grew up with greater access than most to the outdoors and saw themselves represented in mountain sports, Arc’teryx and many of its employees have benefited from great privilege in their connection to nature.

From February 1 – 28, 2022, the Arc’teryx Community Grant Program will be open to local, grassroots individuals and organizations actively working to increase access for people who have traditionally been excluded from the outdoors.

Our team seeks to embrace a wider We by partnering with talented community leaders who are leading the movement towards equitable access to nature.
