    Hello,

    You are receiving this email because you are a valued Adobe customer, and we want to let you know that some updates are being made to the Adobe General Terms of Use (“Terms”) which apply to your continued use of our Services and Software (as such terms are defined in the Terms).

    Below is a summary of some key changes:

    • Clarified that you must be of legal age to enter into the Terms or, alternatively, have parental or guardian consent.

    • Updated your rights to access and use services and software that we make available and rights that we have to access and use the content and feedback you provide to us.

    • Added language to clarify your responsibilities when uploading or transmitting any content that is controlled for export from the U.S.

    • Modified the dispute resolution provisions, including added details about the process and the required information for providing notice of a claim.

    • The class action waiver section now accounts for instances in which any portion of the waiver is deemed unenforceable or invalid.

    • The arbitration provisions have been revised to include language specifying responsibility by the parties for arbitration fees and costs, your ability to opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver, and the ability of the parties to elect to have a claim brought in small claims court or seek injunctive remedies in lieu of arbitration.

    You can read the fully updated Adobe General Terms of Use which will take effect on September 19, 2022. By continuing to use our Services and Software on or after September 19, 2022, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
